UMTA "Many Minds One HeartBeat"

Our Organisational Structure

UMTA target is to run the organization according to the best principles of corporate governance with emphasis on strengthening systems, policies and structures. The Association has a Constitution, a Finance and Human Resource Manual.

The highest UMTA organ is the General Assembly of members which elects the Board and ratifies all major policies of the organization. Below the General Assembly is the UMTA Board. The Board supervises the day today management of the Association. The UMTA Board has working committees to execute the technical work on behalf of the Board.

Over the years, UMTA has built a fully -fledged Secretariat headed by the Executive Director assisted with such other number of staff as may from time to time be appointed by the Board.
